At TAS Agro controls and is responsible for all financial and economic strategies. Responsible for budgeting processes in the company, financial control and audit.

She has been working at TAS Agro since the beginning of 2023.
Responsible for developing a development strategy in the direction of expansion and preservation of the land bank, interaction with state authorities.

She joined the team in May 2025. At TAS Agro, she is responsible for the development of the HR and internal communications strategy. She has a higher education in the humanities. She graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in Philology and holds an MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School (kmbs). Thanks to her many years of experience, she has implemented many successful projects in the field of human resources management. She is a lecturer in training programs on building training and development systems, performance management, and talent management. She has an international certificate of “Erickson Professional Coach” in transformational coaching.

He has been working for the company since 2022 as a Commercial Director. He is responsible for the company's export, logistics and sales strategy. He has many years of experience in the field of the sales and logistics.

He has been working at the “TAS Agro” since 2012.
He graduated from The National Technical University of Ukraine “The Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Ihor Sikorsky” with a degree in law.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the legal practice in the industrial production and agriculture. At the “TAS Agro”, he is responsible for the legal risk management, compliance with the legal norms governing the company's activities, legal control of the activities of the agricultural holding enterprises, preservation and expansion of the land bank, communication with the shareholders, state authorities and local self-government authorities / bodies.

He studied at the Podilsk State Agrarian and Technical University, majoring in agronomy. Worked in various holdings, has deep expertise. At TAS Agro, he is responsible for the organization, development and improvement of production processes.

He graduated from The Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in history.
In the “TAS Agro” company, he is responsible for an implementation of the social policy of the agricultural holding, implementation of the communication strategies, identification and prevention of the reputational risks, systematic cooperation with the local self-government bodies / authorities. More than 15 years of experience in the PR and agricultural journalism.

TAS Agro is responsible for developing a development strategy in the direction of elevator, warehouse, processing of grain and oil crops.

He has many years of successful experience in the field of elevator management, construction and start-up of transshipment terminals, modernization of elevator complexes.

Maksym has many years of experience in managing occupational health and safety functions, developing and implementing HSE strategies in large companies with foreign investments. He worked in management companies of an international mining and metallurgical holding, agricultural companies and an industrial and construction group.
He is a certified auditor in accordance with international occupational safety and environmental standards and has two degrees. He is responsible for developing a safety culture at the Group's enterprises and implementing modern elements of the safety management system based on international practices and HSE management tools.

Graduated from Ternopil National Economic University. He has been working at TAS Agro since 2023. He is responsible for the information, economic and general security of all assets of the agricultural holding.

Graduated from Luhansk National Agrarian University. He has many years of experience in management positions in large-scale agricultural holdings. At TAS Agro, he is responsible for the proper maintenance and development of the company's ICC, implementation of modern methods and principles of the technical park.

At TAS Agro, he is responsible for the operational management of the livestock sector. He is engaged in the development and implementation of the latest technologies aimed at improving all processes of animal husbandry, increasing productivity and financial efficiency of livestock farming.
He graduated from Podilskyi State Agrarian University with a degree in Agronomy and Poltava Agrarian University with a degree in Economics.
